Current Openings

Full-Time Therapist

As a full-time Dawn therapist, you will provide outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children/adolescents, families, couples, groups.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality of patients and their care
  • Complete all related documentation as required by AZBBHE rules
  • Practice effective counseling methods
  • Determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Maintain updated treatment plans
  • Responsible for case management for all assigned patients
  • Seek supervision/consultation as appropriate
  • Attend clinical oversight/peer consultation as scheduled

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field on marriage and family therapy or professional counseling licensure track if not independently licensed
  • Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
  • Solid relationship building capabilities
  • Positive and compassionate attitude
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize needs and attention to detail
  • Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive in facilitating coordination of care

Arizona Board of Behavioral Health licensure eligibility is required.
